I've got my new lens waiting for me at the post office. I'll pick that up tonight after work is done. I'm quite excited about that. I'd say that I've been shooting almost a roll a week with my new camera. The last pictures that came back from camping trips and photo excursions in the park behind our house turned out well. There are some real keepers.

I'm working on the latest column for the youth newsletter this week. I'll post the final draft here when I get it done. It should be a doosy about what can be learned about a person from what their room looks like and what they have up on the walls. These thoughts started when I took everything down from my bedroom walls. I had every wall covered and one day I just decided to take it all down. It was weird.
