Here are four haiku's I wrote at work this afternoon. They will give you a glimpse into what kind of day I've had.
Sounds of the office
whirrs, hums, drones, clicks, taps and rings
Quiet is too loud
Up, higher, higher
So much memory is used
Such a huge, huge file
So many small parts
The small ones go unnoticed
They always kill us
Click, click. Tap, tap tap.
Keyboard, mouse and I are one.
I am a machine.
Current reading: Grapes of Wrath by John Steinbeck
Current listening: Norma Jean - Bless the Martyr and Kiss the Child.
